Who we are
Lily Gottschalk, LMT, NREMT-B
Salt Lake City, Utah
As an artist, Lily brings a multidisciplinary approach to bodywork. Her additional training in emergency medicine—including disaster response and wildfire rescue—deepened her understanding of human psychology and physiology under extreme conditions. Since 2011, she has spent time studying healing practices from generous teaching communities in Indonesia, New Orleans, Detroit, China, and the Navajo Nation. Drawing from published research, somatic knowledge, and ancient therapeutic systems, her work integrates clinical knowledge with intuitive insight to offer a highly personalized and whole approach to care.
Jackson, Wyoming
With over 1,500 hours of bodywork training across three continents, Mia brings a diverse and integrative approach to massage. Noticing the transformative effects of healing touch in her own life, she became inspired to study the body and mind through yoga, biology, and formal massage therapy education. Mia’s style is slow and deep—designed to help the body feel safe enough to soften and release naturally. She views massage as a powerful form of healthcare and continues to study its science and art to support true, lasting healing. At the heart of her work is a passion to empower others to trust their intuition, reconnect with their bodies, and use their innate wisdom to live in harmony with themselves and others.
